Copyright and Intellectual Property
Tocromo respects copyright and does not claim ownership of third-party images or videos displayed from external sources.
1. General framework
Photographs, videos, text, trademarks and other works may be protected by copyright or related rights. Argentina's Law 11,723 includes photographs and audiovisual works among protected categories.
Tocromo may remove or disable references when enough information is provided to identify a possible infringement.
2. What a notice should include
- Your name and valid contact information.
- Identification of the work, trademark or right you claim to represent.
- Exact Tocromo URLs where the disputed material appears.
- Where possible, a URL, file or reference for the original material.
- A clear explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- A good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate.
3. Representatives
If you act for an author, company or rights holder, state your relationship or authority. Tocromo may request reasonable additional information.
4. Possible actions
- Disable an image, video, thumbnail or link.
- Remove a profile or search-result page.
- Block an external URL to reduce automatic reappearance.
- Request more information before a final decision.
5. Abusive notices
Do not submit a claim you know is false or unrelated to a right you represent. We may reject manifestly fraudulent requests and retain records needed to prevent abuse.
6. Trademarks and names
Descriptive use of names, stage names or trademarks does not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement. You may report uses that you believe cause confusion or infringe rights.
