1. Eligibility

The service is intended only for adults. You represent that you are at least 18 and legally permitted to access adult content where you live.

Do not use Tocromo where access to this type of content is prohibited.

2. Nature of the service

Tocromo organizes, indexes, links to or displays information and media obtained from external services. Images may come from Coomer through its API or public resources; videos may be served or embedded from PimpBunny or other external hosts.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tocromo does not host the original file, produce it or claim ownership of it.

3. Third-party content

Availability on Coomer, PimpBunny or another service is not a guarantee that the author, depicted person or other rights holder authorized every reuse. Tocromo cannot pre-verify every right associated with each external resource.

External providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Tocromo does not control their servers or guarantee continued availability.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not harass, threaten, extort, identify or harm another person.
• Do not access accounts, systems or restricted areas without authorization.
• Do not use automation that degrades the service or evades technical limits.
• Do not request, link to or promote illegal material, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, hacked or stolen content, or sensitive personal data.
• Do not submit knowingly false reports.

5. Accounts and interactions

If accounts are available, you are responsible for protecting your credentials. Favorites, likes, follows, history, notifications and preferences may be stored to provide the service.

6. Removal and moderation

Tocromo may remove or block content, links, profiles or accounts without prior notice when there is a reasonable complaint, a risk to a person, a possible infringement, a valid order or a policy violation.

A depicted person may request review even if they do not own the copyright. Reports involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, doxxing or immediate danger are prioritized.

7. Availability and changes

The site is provided as available. Errors, interruptions, broken links and external-content failures may occur. Tocromo may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tocromo does not warrant that all third-party content is accurate, lawful, authorized, complete, safe or permanently accessible. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tocromo is not responsible for harm caused exclusively by failures, acts, content or availability of external services outside its control. This does not remove liability for Tocromo's own conduct where the law does not allow limitation.

10. Law and changes

These Terms are primarily interpreted under the laws of the Argentine Republic, without affecting mandatory rights that may apply in another jurisdiction.
